What is an Apostolia?

It's an in game item you will receive after you finish a certain main quest. You get Apostolia after you slay Irai or finish Irai's main quest ("The Bandaged Girl and the Mysterious Warriors"). Basically an Apostolia is an item that makes your character stronger than before. It allows you to bypass many problems, overall it is an overpower item.

What's news?

Once you get your own Apostolia and able to access the menu, the first thing you will see is an empty diamond board that looks like you can place crystals. Now if you thought about that, then you are right. Although instead of adding "crysta or crystal" like you would add to your equipment, you will be adding "AL crysta or AL crystal". 

 

What is AL crystal exactly? Just think of them as regular normal crystal, instead of using it on equipment, you will be using it on you (sound weird, but just roll with it)

  • AL crystal come in three colors: RED, GREEN, and BLUE

    • Each color has its own special ability such as, RED tense to favor in HP, ATK and DEF, while GREEN tense to favor in AGI and evasion, and BLUE tense to favor in MP, MATK, and MDEF. 

    • Each AL crystal is unique to each other, but they give one thing in common. It's the status boost.

 

  • Here are the rules of AL crystal:

    • You can't put the same name crystal twice on the diamond board on the same page.

    • Once you add AL crystal in the diamond board, the only way to remove it either extract it with "Empty Crystal" or break it (this will cause you to lose the AL crystal).

    • You will only get "color line" when there are two AL crystal connected.

    • The effects will not stack with multiple apostolia pages.

 

  • Once you understand these four basic rules, you are halfway mastering AL crystal.

The order of AL crystal color (mixing two colors) you put on the diamond board will give you a "color line". The "color line" will then determine what type of additional boost it will give. 

There are six types color lines: Light Blue (aqua), Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple, and Red

 

Each colored line gives its own unique special boost:

  • Light blue (Blue and Green) gives more MATK and magic power

  • Blue (Blue and Blue) gives more MDEF, MP, and MP natural recovery

  • Yellow (Red and Green) gives more ATK and physical power

  • Green (Green and Green) gives more evasion/absolute evasion and magic evasion

  • Purple (Red and Blue) gives more autoskill, ASPD, and critical up

  • Red (Red and Red) gives more HP, DEF, and HP natural recovery

You are allowed to mix multiple color on the same page at your own liking, so go play around with it. 

How do you obtain the AL crystal?

You obtain AL crystal by either buy it from players or farm it from mob or bosses.


Side note: Regular crystal will have diamond shape next to its name, while AL will have triangle shape next to its name. All regular crystal worth 1 spina at NPC store, while all AL worth 10,000 spina. 

Obtain Al Crystal?

Stat Release

It's basically the break cap limit of 256 skill points. Now you have a secondary level system. You can only level one of the six stats at a time. The higher the level of the stat, the more point you can put in. When you choose to level a specific stat, you will receive half exp from killing a mob/boss. Half the exp will go to your main level, while the other half goes to the current stat you are on. Main quests will not go to your apostolia level, but regular side quests will (if the quest reward is 180k, you will get 90k for main and apostolia) 

  • Example: If your STR is level 1, you can put additional 1 point if you already have 256 points. Which mean you can have 257 points STR now.

  • Level 10 CRT will allow you to put 10 more points. 256 > 266 CRT

 

  • For every 3 level of any of the stat you have, you will get 1 permanent skill point free, use it wisely. 

  • Your MAX lvl for specific stat release is depend on your current main level divided by half. So said you are lvl 220, your max apostolia level would be 110.

Special Stats

Allow you to increase your exp gain from mob/boss (1 points = Exp Boost 1%), boost ignition duration and recovery time, boost the effect of AL crystal line.

Ignition

It's a status boost to all stats for all classes for a short period of time and depend on the weapon you are using right now will determine the additional effects.

  • For every 500 ignition activation, you get a second page of AL crystal (not sure if you will get a third page if you have a total of 1000 ignitions)

  •  

  • Each time you use an ignition and whatever your weapon is currently equip, it will take that weapon type boost. For example, if you are using rod and activate ignition, you get ignition rod boost. It take about 4-5 activate to change the type of the boost. To reset the boost type, just use a different weapon and reactivate ignition. 

  • Also, during activation, you will receive 100% (?) exp to apostolia level when killing a mob/bosses (it will not work on quests)
